Terms of Agreement

1. Minimum, nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 required to bind terms.

2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations of this agreement unless both parties mutually agree to leave the

agreement and its responsibilities, and/or the event described herein is completely cancelled and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.

3. In the event that Dane Nealson becomes unable to provide his services, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original

price agreed upon.

4. Any and all information or details must be communicated before the five (5) days preceding the performance.

5. Dane Nealson shall not be held liable for any actions arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with U Can’t Beetus

Entertainment. Furthermore, the party(s) contracting U Can’t Beetus Entertainment agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages

caused by themselves or their guests involving any of the property owned by U Can’t Beetus Entertainment.
